Morgan Oil are using the very latest in oil pumps known as an LRP (Linear Rod Pump).
In essence the pump monitors the pressures and fluids of the well. It maintains a constant level of 25% oil in the well shaft and automatically slows down or speeds up to optimize recovery. The performance of the well can be monitored by satellite to any computer, anywhere, allowing the data to be recovered in real-time.
This allows us to monitor the performance of our wells 24hours a day 7 days a week by satellite.
There are no external moving parts to the pump optimising the safety aspect as well as making it the ideal choice for environmentally sensitive installations. It is both quiet, unobtrusive and its low profile and small footprint allow it to blend in where other units would be offensive or prohibited by regulation.
