The Morgan Oil corporate team has been assembled by Russell Moores and David Morgan who have known each other since the 1960’s.
They have carefully selected Trey Exploration LLC headed by Howard Nevins to manage their leases from June 2010. With the current investment we believe the team has an overall collective ability to grow the company into the foremost technological stripper well operation in the USA.

Russell born in the UK has lived in the US for some 20 years. He is the CEO of his own company which he started in the early 90’s. E-Technology LLC based in Houston Texas was voted the sixth largest growth company in Houston in 2003. It employs some 120 staff in the oil and gas industry world wide specializing in engineering recruitment.
David Morgan
Chairman (UK)
Worked extensively in Australia and the USA in the Coal industry. He has been a consultant on many Coal and oil projects over the past 15 years. He has expertise in management systems and has introduced innovative control systems to the stripper well business.

Iain was the former CEO of Jazeera Airlines, CFO of GB Airways and CFO of Air 2000
Experienced CEO and CFO (ACMA qualified) with demonstrable success and experience in start up, restructure, and business sale and acquisition, and particular strength in aviation and travel sectors. Strong strategic analysis, planning and deal / transaction management ability. Energetic and motivational manager, stimulated by working in a professional, customer-focussed team.
GB Airways were a 16 aircraft, £250m turnover, family owned business, operating under a franchise agreement with British Airways. Led profit improvement programme to return the company to profit, successfully challenging the costs charged by BA and other service providers, and worked with CEO and commercial teams to improve top line. Restructured finance team to deliver high quality finance, treasury, IT, aircraft financing, insurance, procurement support to GB. Worked closely with Chairman, CEO and external advisors on successful £160m+ sale of the business in January 2008.
Benjamin Moores
Vice President
Born in the UK and having lived in Houston for the last 21 years Ben received his training and education at the University of Mississippi. While attending he received his degree in Management and Marketing. Since 2009, Ben has overseen the finances and administrative tasks for Morgan Oil's operations in Kentucky. More recently these duties have expanded to include Morgan Oil's activities in the Bahamas. Ben led the market research efforts to determine the viability of a successful operation in Freeport.
Prior to working with Morgan Oil Ben spent four years overseeing operations at e-technology in Houston, Texas. Experience in the industry and access to key players within grant access to an unlimited knowledge base.
